I had a service done with this company last year through a referral and had a really nice experience with Rudie. I decided to use their service again. Starting from reaching out to Karen to start the request, to getting an estimate/details from Shawn then to have a new AC installed took only 3 days. Jaryd and Steven came to install a new AC and they were professional and knowledgeable. Rudie also popped by to ensure all was going well. They arrived on time and came prepared, knew exactly where to park to have easy access to do the installation. Jaryd took his time and ensure the installation is done well and done right. Great service from Air and Water Care We had issues with the water softener. Rudie came over right away and diagnosed the problem. He presented the options, did a water test and scheduled the service. Professional, with knowledge and experience, not pushy. Jaryd was the technician who did the work.
